Ophelia is a wrap top with long sleeves. It is knit in stockinette with an eyelet pattern and picot edges adorning the front. It is an easy project using mainly basic knitting techniques. It is knit top down. When the piece reaches underarm length, it is divided into body and sleeves, which are finished separately. Finally, stitches are picked up for picot edging along the front edges and at the cuffs.
The pattern included descriptions for two versions. The short, fitted version is perfect worn over a dress or for special occasions, while the longer version works just as well for everyday wear. The top can easily be dressed up or down by changing between the I-cord string and a silk ribbon.
When buying the pattern will you automatically receive both the English and Norwegian patterns in a .zip file
